The Italian Bel canto set on the beautiful stage of Hanoi’s Opera House.
On the occasion of the visit to Vietnam by Italian Minister of
Industry and Trade, Claudio Scajola, together with a group of Italian
businessmen, the group ‘La Nuova Arca’ of Turin will present a
selection of the best work in the Italian lyrical tradition from
Donizetti to Verdi, from Rossini to Puccini.
In collaboration with the Piemonte Region.

i am interested by the bel canto concert on nov 4
…i am musician and often come to opera …but i read here “invitation only ”
do you know how i can get an invitation (only one )?

2 suggestions:
1. contact the Italian Embassy, cultural attache and ask for one (do a search on Grapevine for ‘Italiano’ etc – the contact info should be in one of the posts)
2. go to the opera house on the night of the concert. sometimes its possible to buy a ticket on the street

As usual the “invitations” which are given to people who don’t care about music will be sold on the stairs of the opera tonight….
