Opening: Wed 29 July, 6pm
Exhibition: 30 July-28 Aug 2009
METROPOLE is a meeting of visual artists from different countries and continents who have in common a practice in the big city, a use of urban codes, and artwork that reflects the questioning of individuals living in cities with high population density. They also share a taste for exchanges, meetings, and challenges.
The 3 steps are defined Hanoi (July 2009), Paris (May 2010) and Rio de Janeiro (July 2010), because the artists participating in this project live and work in these 3 cities.
Throughout the process of creation, the public is invited to discover the implementation of the facility, as part of its development.
