Vu Ngoc Linh was born in 1982. He started learning piano from the age of 6 and then was trained in Moscow School of Music for the gifted. Back to Vietnam, he continued his study at the Hanoi Conservatory of Music. In 2001, Vu Ngoc Linh was given a full scholarship to study at the Music University in America. From 2004 up until now, Linh has won several prizes at numerous international Piano competitions.
