This friday is dedicated to musical and artistic interactions with children that are victims of Agent Orange. Marc Behin, compositor and guitarist (Paris), accompanied by Véronique Carlier, percussionist inspired by music from the world (Paris) and Ho Hai Quang, singer and guitarist (La Réunion). These artists will invite the children to play traditional Vietnamese instruments (monocord and cythare) as part of the evening. This interaction will lead to an exceptional moment of art fusion where music and songs meet with painting. The children that are victims of Agent Orange will demonstrate their talents, while being accompanied by well-know Vietnamese artists, by painting directly on canvas, inspired by the music of the night.
All of the funds from the sales of the paintings will be reversed to associations dedicated to the cause of victims of Agent Orange, in order to enable these kids to benefit from musical and artistic trainings. For the anniversary of the 7th of May 1954, the battle of Dien Bien Phu, art comes to calm all the sufferings of these children and to remember all the marks of the war that are still visible.
Be part of this event that gathers music, culture and painting under the sign of hope!
