Film synopsis: Hollywood in 1927, George Valentin is a star of the silent film. The appearance of film with sound makes him sink into oblivion. Peppy Miller is a young dance who gets promoted to a film star. The film tells a story about the fateful encounter and how fame, pride and money became obstacles in their love story.
