Food is many things: sustenance, culture, tradition, experimentation and–above all–an exploration of the senses. We can’t do without food, and many of our shared human experiences are through meals.

On Tuesday, February 5, the Noi Hanoi spoken word series will explore the theme of FOOD. Please join us at 8 pm at Hanoi Cooking Center on 44 Chau Long Street for an evening of poetry and prose about everything culinary. Readings will be in English and Vietnamese, and as always, you’re invited to read something during the open mic.
