Contest “The Journey to Discover Indochina”

From the organizer:

“The Indochina Project” is an art project to discover and celebrate Indochina through digital media and creativity. Participants will be asked one simple question ‘What does Indochina mean to you?’ and be encouraged to submit their answer in the most creative way possible. This could be a photo, video, music record, written story, digital artwork or anything else that best represents their impression of Indochina. An outstanding participant will be selected to create their artwork live at the event with impressive international lineup of artists including: Rah Akaishi (Sri Lanka), Liar Ben (Vietnam), and Peepshow (New Zealand).

The key activity of project is an exhibition in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on June 22th, 2013, showcasing all of the artworks submitted to the website. A wall of screens will be set up at the event where all of the works will be put on rotating display. Each work will be displayed with a QR code allowing people to jump quickly to that page on the website on their smart phone which they will be able to comment on and share it.
