After deploying, the course of making the documentary and short feature films and other specialized courses, TPD Centre open Screenwriting course.
Through this course, students will learn in-depth about writing film scripts. It not only just get up on the correct techniques, international standard but also provides students with methods of finding, forming and developing ideas with the art of writing scripts.
Participate in this course, students have the opportunity:
• Comprehend basic knowledge about writing.
• How to write the script according to international standards
• Complete individual scripts under the guidance of faculty
• Interact with renowned filmmakers
• Approach, offering script to producers
Lecturer:
• Lecturer Le Minh Duc – Director/ Screenwriter graduated from New York and Columbia College Hollywood Academy.
• Lecturer Do Quoc Trung – Director graduated from Hanoi Academy of Theater and Cinema, in-depth study in Korea, Hungary, the Philippines, the director of several short films

The curriculum:
• Rules on the film scriptwriters
• The different scenarios genre (film, TV, TVC, …)
• How to present a standard Hollywood script writer
• Write Synopsis, Treatment
• Layout script
• Structure 3 in 8 segments
• How to find and develop ideas
• How to write dialogue
• Building character
• Analysis of the film
• Complete final script
• Work with manufacturers
• Presentation offer script
Duration: 18 sessions, consisting of 16 sessions informal and 2 sessions extra-curricular.
On the evening of Tuesday and Thursday, from 18:30 to 21:30.
Standard classes of 20 – 25 students.
Location: The Centre for Assistance and Development of Movie Talents (TPD), 51 Tran Hung Dao Street, Hanoi, Vietnam.
Tuition fee: 2.000.000 VND
For students who have been a student at TPD, the tuition fee will be deducted to 500.000 VND. Tuition fee is 1.500.000 VND
The first course commence on November 18th, 2014
