We all know how important media is in all fields these days – no less in the non-government sector!
Join us for a two day course that explores the principles of community authored media for community engagement. Learn about the following key areas:
• The history and development of community media practices
• The frameworks for community authorship & engagement
• How media engagement works and why
• Formats of engagement: Goals determine methods
• Facilitation skills for media engagement
• Digital storytelling methods
• Media production & post production
A reduced number of participants may also take part in an additional day of workshops covering more practical aspects of community media production.
Cost: 600,000 VND for the 2-day workshop
