In July, Thao closed the Bookworm’s art space in Ngo Van So with a sell out exhibition of his living fossils. He helps us celebrate the opening of our new art space (and a belated opening of our new premises) with a preview of his new fossils.

Hanoi artist in Singapore City Hall
This installation by Hanoi artist Pham Ngoc Duong, simply titled Maggots, weaves its way up the stairs and into City Hall’s former restaurant. Maggots in a restaurant whose halls were graced by top lawyers and judges? Previously unheard of!

Memory of the Long Bien Bridge #2: War time
a new presentation of Maison des Arts’ collection about the memory of the Long Bien bridge.
This week is dedicated to a dark and painful episode of the bridge and of the country, the Vietnam War, 1959-1975.
