Older than the seasons, the myth is born again. Antigone replays a new story, when Theater Monte-Charge and Tuong pass the action through the filter of reinvention. Antigone’s strength, her rigorous attitude towards happiness, confronting what society expects of her, lives again in Ti Anh, Antigone Vietnam. The foundation is still the topic of freedom, but new winds blow for a fresh interpretation of characters, time and space.

La force d’Antigone, son intransigeance face au bonheur, la croyance tranchée en ses valeurs les plus profondes, hors de la machinerie que lui cuisine la société, s’incarnent dans Ti Anh, Antigone Vietnam. Le souffle de liberté reste le fondement premier, mais des vents nouveaux s’élèvent pour une autre exploration du personnage, du temps et de l’espace ; et font chanter une facette inédite, révélatrice d’un ailleurs hic et nunc.
