You are invited to “Where Is the Place of Peace”, a solo exhibition of watercolor on silk paintings by Hanoi-based artist Le Thuy.

Where is the place of peace?
_ I sought a place where I could take a rest.
_ I made a place full of flowers, perfume and beauty.

But flowers started fading away and crumbling.
_ I took a rest in that place, I was corroded.
_ A beautiful place was not as nice as I thought.
_ I created a place to go into hiding but I found that I went around a mess.
_ I look up to seek a way out – I look down to find an exit.

… I can’t find out… and I go around only.
