From the organizer:

Sixspace (Hanoi) and Barim (Gwangju) present a collaborative project entitled #COM( ) together. From 10th to 15th of December, participants from Sixspace and Barim will present a series of thoughts in various formats. Opening at 6pm, Dec 10th at Sixspace, the programs are as following.

PARTICIPANTS

ANNAM
2 music producers challenge the notions of Vietnamese contemporary music through traditional tunes.

Đặng Hồng Anh, Đỗ Tường Linh, Thành Vinh, Thùy Thùy, Trần Thị Thu Trang
Produced by 5 editors, TẮC KÈ HOA is a new zine dealing with issues related to the Vietnamese art and cultural scene.

Đặng Quang Vũ
On the opening night, Quang Vũ invites the audience to play a game with him.

GIM GWA LEE, Linh Hà, Trang Chuối
5 musicians debut as “Chà Lan,” a new grunge rock band in Hanoi.

Haram Choi
Working with environmental sound, Haram questions on the attitude of people who generate noise.

Hyojung Kim
During the project, Hyojung opens a round table on unusual connections and the works in this project.

Jinjin Xu, Nhung Đinh, Orawan Arunrak
Coming both from art and social work backgrounds, they discuss the entanglements between art and society.

Min-hyung Kang
Min brings the historical Gwangju Biennale themes to Hanoi in order to discuss a future Hanoi biennale.

SASIMJI
Sasimji, 2 zine editors and writers, talks on sub-cultures and its by-products in Gwangju with discussing its commonality to Hanoi.

Wonjae Song
Wonjae thinks on the meaning and origin of parks in terms of its public and private purposes.

Younggi Seo
Through sketch and drawing, Younggi records and interpret landscapes of Gwangju and Hanoi.
