FAMLAB (Film, Archive and Music Lab) FUND: Call for Applications
Submission deadline for Round 1: 15 Oct 2018
For projects taking place between January and October 2019

From the organizer:

In support of projects that interact with Vietnam’s music/film heritage via contemporary mediums, as part of British Council Vietnam’s Heritage of Future Past project, we’re delighted to announce the opening of FAMLAB Fund, which will award £100,000 over the next two years.

The fund is open to Vietnam and UK-based practitioners, initiatives and organisations of any creative or artistic discipline that can deliver long-term benefits for communities across cultural heritage and contemporary art forms, and demonstrate innovative new ways of interacting with audiences including:

* Creation and presentation of music, film, video, or cross-disciplinary works using music, film or video elements
* Projects that work with the management, development and promotion of existing music and film archives
* Research and publication which will contribute towards further growth or sustainability in this area

There will be four opportunities to apply for funding between September 2018 and August 2019:

Round 1 – Deadline for submission of applications: 15 October 2018
Round 2 – 15 December 2018
Round 3 – 15 May 2019
Round 4 – 15 August 2019
