‘HAY NIGHT: Legendary Africa’ Casting Call

Have you ever thought you have a hidden talent for art?
Have you ever imagined being able to perform with your grandfather, grandmother, father, mother, or children on the same stage, all together dancing along with the music?
Have you ever imagined joining a great activity for your body, mind and creativity?
HAY would like to express our gratitude to the parents and students for accompanying HAY through two exciting English musical seasons. Now, HAY wants to expand our playground even more, not only for children, but for many people age 10 to… 100 to join.
With the desire to create an art space suitable for all groups of people of all ages, all levels, this time we – HAY Creative Group – will take you to Africa, the continent of vibrant sounds. We chose Africa as the theme for HAY NIGHT 2020 because we wanted to create a new space, where you can transform into the native people and warriors of Africa…, together practice physical exercises with the dance of different tribes; get acquainted with new musical instruments and singing the exotic melodies.
You do not need to have any outstanding talent, nor do you need know the musical notes, as long as you are passionate and commit to come along with us for 6 months, you will be able to do it.

You can only register for 1 category (khung dự tuyển), and can select multiples time slots and different learning subjects.
If you are selected, depending on your ability, the organizing committee will place you in HAY choir, HAY dance groups, or HAY orchestra for training. By the end of the project, the groups will be assembled in the main program to perform ‘HAY NIGHT: Africa Legendary’ at Au Co Theater, No. 8 Huynh Thuc Khang, Hanoi on 1 Mar 2020.
HAY NIGHT is organized annually under different themes. After finishing the project, the students wishing to continue can join HAY’s choirs, bands, theater groups, etc., participate in activities organized by HAY, or in performances in Vietnam and abroad.
The program collects a one-time fee at the beginning of the project, with 20% discount for each duo consists of family members. Mom and child go to practice together, one room for each, and then meet each other on stage in HAY NIGHT. Amazing, isn’t it?
Great news for HAY fans: we have a beautiful new headquarters, 160m2 with open space. HAY’s Space, 5th floor of Building 1, Lane 21 Le Van Luong street, right behind Star City building. Come get creative with HAY!
