Toyota Classics 2012 – the 15th annual concert held in Vietnam by Toyota Motor Asia – Pacific and Toyota Motor Vietnam in cooperation with Vietnam Performing Arts Centre (Dept. of Performing Arts – Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) – is going to take place only one night at Hanoi Opera House on November 4th, 2012.
This year, with the memorable presentation of the Vienna Chamber Orchestra, Toyota Classics 2012 will bring classical music lovers in Vietnam world-famous romantic repertoires under the conduction of Japanese maestro Joji Hattori, with the marvellous notes of the acclaimed Japanese guitarist Soichi Muraji. Especially, with the participation of Vietnamese talented violinist Le Hoai Nam, Toyota Classics 2012 promises a stunning live performance with unique Vienna-flavored musical style.
The Toyota Classics marks its 23rd edition with the memorable presentation of the Vienna Chamber Orchestra, under the conduction of Joji Hattori and featuring Soichi Muraji, one of the most prominent guitarists in Classic music. The first time together with the Vienna Chamber Orchestra, violinist Le Hoai Nam will perform perfect musical style with romantic repertoires to the audience.
With its unique Vienna-flavored music, this leading Austrian orchestra promises an evening of complete delight to our distinguished audience with a repertoire of extraordinary music that comprises tunes from the mastery of Vivaldi to the joy of the “Sound of Music”. The conduction of the orchestra is on the hands of Joji Hattori, who brings all his virtuosity and experience as one of the leading Japanese musicians of his generation. And bringing to life all the marvelous notes of the guitar, the acclaimed Soichi Muraji performs the best of his art to contribute to this stunning live performance of one of the finest chamber orchestras.
So far, Toyota Classics concerts have been held successfully, becoming one of the most expected music events of the year. Toyota Classics presents Toyota’s efforts not only to make contribution to culture development of Vietnam but also to create an opportunity for local musical students and teachers to learn experiences in performance of world-famous orchestras. All ticket proceeds are used for charity and from 2009 for “Toyota Scholarship for Young Vietnamese Music Talents”.
