British Council – If Cities Could Speak

This will be the century of the city – nowhere more so than in East Asia where hundreds of millions of people now live in high density urban communities. Artists, architects and designers will play a significant role in shaping the quality of life in our cities. In 2008, the British Council will regularly host a series of discussions on City theme in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

If Cities Could Speak…?

This is a part of a three year cultural and artistic partnership between East Asia and the UK called
