a photo exhibition with the theme: “Long Bien – Bridge of dreams” by a French artist of sculpture and installation of art, Madam Dominique de Miscault. This will feature Long Bien Bridge through the eyes of a foreign artist who has lived, worked and participated in many society activities for 18 years in Vietnam.
