Berlin photographer Sven Johne approaches the often darker side of society somewhat in the manner of a newspaper reporter.
[ N O T E ] Lecture and discussion in German with simultaneous translation into Vietnamese.
Picture and text always merge into stories which Johne enriches with black humor but also with a deeply felt sympathy. The photos seem to serve as evidence for the short, laconically told stories which report on suicides, sinking ships and prowling wolves.
