Crossings…
Sat 16 May, 3 & 8pm
L’Espace
Dreamlike journey of high school theater students from the Alexandre Yersin school (in French).
In homage to Akira Kurosawa, Wim Van de Keybus and Wajdi Mouawad and of course Calderon, Shakespeare, Racine, Aloysius Bertrand, Baudelaire, Leiris, Michaux, Césaire … and Freud!
Having explored in Des Corps and how the pain of love is lived and spoken theater, we felt the need to go further south, towards the sources of desire. As Howard Barker, the theater must be the black box in the city where men can still experience the transgression and invent a life out of the ordinary.
For you, we will open our boxes dream Pandora’s boxes, secret boxes. It is a crossing of the night – you’re invited …
On the other side of the tunnel, dogs barking, dancing ghosts, and we interview the sleepers awake and share their memories, such as oranges.
Sometimes the voices say the path of another possible world while rustling of revolts and fears.
Christine Ottenwelter design with the collaboration of Marcia Fiani, Hélène Michalovitch, Philippe Rigot and Bruno Huckel
