The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines invites interested filmmakers to participate.

The 2009 LEAP International Developmental Film Festival is Southeast Asia’s first developmental film festival that will feature documentary or documentary fiction films with a developmental theme, illustrating issues pertaining to the following:
• Children’s rights
• Women’s development
• Human rights
• Eco-preservation
• Tribal development
• Preservation of the Culture and the Arts
• Literacy
• Volunteerism
