Press Cafe cordially invites you to join us for a discussion with screenwriter Nguyen Thi Thu Trang, director Cong Ly and screenwriter/director/artist Tran Quanh Minh, whose films will also be shown as part of our weekly Cultural Program.
“Animal – Human” (screenwriter: Nguyen Thi Thu Trang, director Cong Ly) is a story about a pair of twin sisters. It deals with issues concerning our ability to form a relationship with others, and with our family members. Although the story has a tragic ending, it also speaks of hope for a better life and for equality among people.
“The evil” (screenwriter/director: Tran Quang Minh; actors: Nguyen Thi Thu Trang & Cong Ly) is one of those heavy films that leave you with questions and confusion. It explores the evil that lives inside each of us.
