Canadian Photographer Greg Girard, internationally renowned for “Phantom Shanghai“, his documentation of a vanishing city, was invited to photograph Hanoi last year as the Milleniun anniversary approached and the result is a just-published book of photographs titled “Hanoi Calling: One Thousand Years Now” (Magenta Foundation; 60 photographs; 128 pages).
Girard will be on hand to personally introduce the book at its launch in Vietnam.
