Asia-Pacific Forum: Youth Action on Climate Change (24 – 27 Jan 2011): calls for presentations

From Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO):
The Asia-Pacific Forum: Youth Action on Climate Change; Exploration through Cultural Expression will provide the opportunity to share knowledge and experiences amongst youth on climate change alleviation and adaptation; the forum is calling for submission. The format of the Forum encourages expression through the medium of Arts because it is a powerful and engaging way to convey messages that capture the imagination and have an immediate but lasting impact.
What to submit:
+ All abstracts submitted should relate to one of the key themes of the Forum and must not exceed 200 words.
+ A short paragraph outlining your professional interests and experiences (bio-data). The bio-data paragraph should not exceed 150 words.
The format of the presentation can be a 20-minute paper. However, presentations are especially welcomed that use creative mediums such as film, photography, photograph and poster exhibitions, art works, and performance. Performance can include storytelling, song, poetry etc.
Whatever medium you choose to use for your presentation please adhere to the 20- minute allocation of time.
