Original and contemporary – for the first time within the framework of the 4^th European-Vietnamese Documentary Film Festival young Vietnamese documentary film makers will introduce their documentary filmlets. Casting a fresh light on society, the films experiment with new narrative techniques.

„The Night of young Vietnamese Docfilmmakers“ provides the audience an insight into the current documentary film scene of Vietnam and allows an exchange with the filmmakers, who will be present. Before the screening you are cordially invited to a discussion with 3 experienced directors: Bui Thac Chuyen, Nguyen Trinh Thi and Tran Phuong Thao.
