Mission Accomplished – I have cycled from London to Hanoi 27,000km through 20 countries

Mission ahead – to cycle at least another 23,000km before reaching New Zealand

Goal – to see the world and meet great people.

Charities – I am raising money for both the British Heart Foundation and New Zealand Heart Foundation. As a boy I had Open Heart Surgery myself so this is pretty personal.
