From Goethe Institut:
Easter time is about to come. This is the time where the Christians remember the death of Jesus and celebrate his resurrection. For children Easter in Germany comes along with Easter rabbits made from chocolate and colourful painted Easter eggs. We invite all learners of German in HCMC to expe- rience the “Fairy Tale Day” on saturday, march 30th at the Institute. We will paint eastereggs and show fairy-tale-movies from “The Brothers Grimm”.
“The Frog King”: The beatiful princess lost her valuable golden orb. A speaking frog offers his help to her with one little condition: The princess has to share her table and her bed with the frog. The frog helped to get back the princess’s golden orb, but it seems, the princess had forgotten the condition.
“The Bremen Town Musicians”: Four old animals (donkey, dog, cat, cock) are not able to work on their farm any longer, so the owners decide to kill them. The animals escape to Bremen. They want to become famous town musicians there. On their trip they have a lot of adventure.
“Cinderella”: The young miss cinderella is treated in all imaginable bad ways by her stepmother and stepsisters. When she dances with the prince of the land on big prom, her life turned to the better.
“The Wishing-Table”: “Seven in one fell swoop” – announced the young hero, who made seven flys at one swoop. He feels to go out and travel all around the world. He meets giants and has to pass many adventures and eventually he got married to the beautiful daughter of the king.
