From the organizer:

Constantly challenging and evolving, Hanoi Slam heads for its second show, titled “Lost in Translation”.

If you came to our last event, you’ll know what it’s all about. Competitive story telling involves contestants telling true stories based on our theme, live and without notes! The show proved to be spontaneous, entertaining and just a little bit tipsy. For this event, enjoy some of cracking cocktails and live it up literary style. We’re also ecstatic to have Jordan Senior headline, with a set of lively folk and likely narratives.

Hanoi Slam is completely non-profit. All door proceeds will benefit Humanitarian Services for Children of Vietnam (HSCV). Founded in 2002, this NGO works tirelessly to help keep vulnerable children safe and in school.

We’re still looking for story tellers. Prove your prowess in front of the mic, do something completely crazy, and help out a hardworking NGO. Win some great prizes and a whole bunch of bragging rights. Email: [email protected] for information on how to sign up.

Entry is 100,000VND.
