Woman’s Cinema: Closing Event of the Exhibition “A Woman’s View”

To round off the exhibition “A Woman’s View”, the Goethe-Institut presents eight select short films produced by filmmakers from Hanoi Doclab. In the statement of Ngo Thanh, a young female film maker:
“ … We hope that the term Women’s Cinema will not be an obstacle to your journey through a diversity of visual worlds. You might encounter feminine or feminist elements or not and, hopefully, visual performances beyond gendered framing as well”.

The following short films will be presented by the filmmakers themselves. Subsequently, there will be a discussion and later on the Goethe-Institut kindly invites all filmmakers, the artists of the exhibition “A Woman’s View” and the audience to a leaving party.
