‘Encounter’ is a series of lectures and workshops that aims to stimulate creative activity in Vietnam, engaging different ideas of contemporary culture. ‘Encounter’ forms part of a larger endeavor called ‘Conscious Realities’ (2013-2016) focusing on the shared histories of South East Asia, South Asia, Latin America and Africa, engaging the divergent reactions to those histories and the lessons to be learned in thinking laterally across these communities.
Would you like to be a part of a select group of participants who get to spend time with unique creative thinkers from South East Asia, South Asia, and Africa?
We are looking for 15 participants based in Vietnam (cross-disciplinary in interest), to take part in closed workshops with the following guest speakers. As a participant you will be open and willing to take part in discussion. All lectures and workshops will be held in Ho Chi Minh City, and conducted in English and Vietnamese. This opportunity is free of charge.
