Leading Indian Rock Band “Girish And The Chronicles” Plays in Hanoi

‘Girish and The Chronicles’ were formed in October 2009 in Gangtok, Sikkim (India). They have gained reputation as one of the best rock bands in the country and play heavy metal, blues and rock music. They are influenced by musicians like Steven Tyler (Aerosmith), Sebastian Bach (Skid Row), Bruce Dickinson (Iron Maiden) and Axl Rose (Guns N’ Roses). Travelling since 2005, Girish Pradhan, the lead vocalist/ guitarist and leader of the band, has performed in various parts of the world including Europe and South Asia, winning the hearts of music lovers everywhere. He also performed at the Yamaha Asian Beat in Seoul in November 2011 and the prestigious Hornbill Rockfestival in Kohima, Nagaland.
During their performance at the Vietnam Culture & Arts Exhibition Center, ‘Girish and The Chronicles’ will perform songs from rock ‘n’ roll, hard rock and classical rock genre. Their performances will cover famous rock bands, like, AC/DC, Guns N’ Roses, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Led Zeppelin and others. It will also include the band’s original songs from their recently launched album – ‘Back On Earth’.
The band has also rocked the Diwali night recently in Hanoi.
