Emerging Asian Photography Grant 2015: Call for Applications

Emaho Foundation is happy to announce its first grant towards honouring an emerging photographer from Asia. Along with a grant of US$ 5000, this programme will also provide the recipient photographer an international platform to showcase her/his ongoing photography project in Asia.
The grant will be awarded to a photographer selected by a reputed panel of international jury on the basis of her/his photographic brilliance, a distinct viewpoint, sincere engagement with the subject matter and a strong desire to establish the body of works internationally.
Eligibility:
– The emerging photographer must be a citizen of a country that falls under the list of eligible Asian countries.
– The Emaho Emerging Asian Photography Grant 2015 is open to photographers of any age who deal with photo projects specifically.
– The grant must be used to complete an ongoing photo project.
– The submitted work must be a well-developed and an intelligible body of work that showcases the photographer’s commitment to her or his subject.
– Only single photographers are allowed to apply for the grant. Any collaborative work will be disqualified.
