“The easiest thing to do on earth is not to write” – William Goldman, writer, playwright, screenwriter.
Actually, film writing has never been easy.
After launching the courses of documentary and short feature film making and other specialized courses, TPD Centre is now opening a screenwriting course.
Through this course, students will gain in-depth knowledge about writing film scripts. It does not only teach the correct techniques based on international standards but also provides students with methods of finding, forming and developing ideas with the art of writing scripts.
Class BK11 starts from Mon, 11 Jan 2016.
The class will be taught in Vietnamese.

Participating in this course, students will have the opportunity to:
• Gain comprehensive basic knowledge about script writing
• Know how to write scripts according to international standards
• Complete individual scripts under the guidance of the instructors
• Interact with renowned filmmakers
• Approach and offer scripts to producers

• Rules for the film scriptwriters
• Different script genres (film, TV, TVC,…)
• How to present a Hollywood-standard script
• Write a synopsis, a treatment
• Script layout
• Structure 3 in 8 segments
• How to find and develop ideas
• How to write dialogue
• Building character
• Film analysis
• Complete final script
• Work with manufacturers
• Present – offer script

Director/ Screenwriter graduated from New York Academy and Columbia College-Hollywood
Duration: 14 sessions (12 formal sessions and 2 extra-curricular sessions)

Tuition fee: 2.000.000 VND
