This is part 1 of the therapy workshop series “HeArt Yourself” which includes 4 sessions:

Theme 01: Love yourself – Confidence (For Women)
Theme 02: Relationships: I and We (For Women)
Theme 03: Who am I? (For teens 13-18)
Theme 04: Win Stress (For men and women)

Program:
– Introduction (10 minutes)
– Break the ice (15 minutes)
– Rating (10 minutes)
– Practice: Self Perception (30 minutes)
– Evaluation (20 minutes)
– Finish (5 minutes)
