Nearly two centuries ago, Château Palmer appeared in the historic Bordeaux Wine Official Classification as per request by Emperor Napoleon III to recognise France’s best Bordeaux wines. The exceptional bouquets that last for hundreds of years are now inviting at the Château Palmer Wine Dinner hosted by Pan Pacific Hanoi and Thien Linh Wine & Spirits.
Mr. Damien Grelat – Chateau Palmer Brand Ambassador and Mr. Pierre Philipponnat from Grand Chais de France will introduce wine lovers to the best vintages made from Merlot, Carbenet Sauvignon and Petit Vedot grown in 18 different gravel, clay and soil types. The Alter Ego de Palmer 2011 – an epitome of earlier-drinking wines, the deep ruby Château Palmer 2008 and the 19 year-old Château Palmer 1998 will be expertly paired with an array of delightful canapes and exquisite French dishes spotlighting pigeon breast, monkfish medallions, Wagyu beef and more.
The enchanting ambiance of West Lake Room with a stunning view from level 19 will serve as an ideal backdrop for your dining experience.
