Búp Sen Vàng (Golden Lotus Bud) is the annual short-film awards for young filmmakers from The Centre for Assistance and Development of Movie Talents (TPD).
In the days leading to the award ceremony of the Golden Lotus Bud 2017, TPD will organize the screenings of this year’s 19 nominated films.
Each film is a story told through the point of view of each member in TPD’s filmmaking community. This 19 films will tell their story by the different “shapes and shades” like those of a kaleidoscope. “Kaleidoscope” is also the topic of this year’s Golden Lotus Bud Awards.
If you want to be immersed in the particular atmosphere that a kaleidoscope creates, invite your friends and family to the sreenings of the 8th Golden Lotus Bud Awards’ nominations, taking place in the afternoon and evening of 7th Oct 2017 at TPD Center – 51 Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.

17.00 – 18.00: Top 5 nominated films by Teen Filmmakers (made by secondary school students)
19.00 – 20.30: Top 7 nominated short films
