You are invited to a talk show about Alphonse Daudet and his work at L’Espace.
Alphonse Daudet (1840-1897) is a French writer, author of famous collections of short stories. Born in the south of France, Daudet’s family left their hometown for Lyon after the family business went bankrupted. He began writing at the age of 14, and at 18 he published his first collection of poems, “Les Amoureuses”, which was warmly received. He has published more than 30 works including “Le Petit Chose”, “Lettres de mon moulin”, “Tartarin de Tarascon”, and many more, all of which have become familiar to Vietnamese readers thanks to a style of writing full of emotions, poetry, and humanity.
