From the organizer:

January 2018, for the first time Noirfoto open its darkroom for public visit, sharing everything we know about equipment, chemicals, materials, prints on different papers and all experiences we collected. We were so surprised by the number of visitors then. Our studio had no more place to stand.

Exactly one year has passed, this January 2019, on Saturday 19th, we will organize another Darkroom Open day and Talk with 2 amazing photographers/darkroom printers: Tom Hricko and Pierre Toussaint (their bio are further below). Also, Noirfoto will introduce and share all the analog silver gelatine and alternative processes that we are doing

PLAN:
– Darkroom tour, introduce equipment, process, materials…
– Talk about the art of analog prints
– Prints show and explaination about silver gelatin, lith, reversal, hybrid, cafenol, cyanotype, lumen, salt print…
– Q&A
