Trinh Cong Son found the key to open the soul of Vietnamese people. What could be a better explanation of why his music has become so popular?! Trinh’s music erases distance between people, connects them in love and brings with it the artistic values at the highest level. But it is not necessarily the art, but the spirit of Trinh’s music that differentiates him from other musicians. Trịnh Công Sơn was a Zen master of music. His music touches people of every social class. He was a great friend of every person.
This is to say that Trinh’s music can be sung and listened to at any time of the year, at any stage, through any voice. Come to the music night Van Nho Cuoc Doi (Still Remembering Life) with our performers who love Trinh’s music. More especially, violinist Nguyen Xuan Huy has chosen this simple music night to bring to the public melodies from the porcelain violin that he created himself.
