“OUTSIDE-IN” is a Vietnamese short film screening program featuring experimental cinematic works that blend personal narratives, physical expression, and the voices of young people engaging with contemporary social issues. Each of the six films represents an independent cinematic world, delving into the fragile boundaries between the external and the internal, the physical and the spiritual, the real and the imagined, the individual and the collective. This is a journey of images that listen. “OUTSIDE-IN” invites audiences into visual spaces structured like mazes where the gaze no longer reaches outward to grasp the world, but turns inward in search of a sense of belonging.
