The Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre in Hanoi is proud to organise a workshop on “KUCHIPUDI – Indian Classical Dance Introductory”.
Kuchipudi is one of the eleven major Indian classical dances. It got its name from the village of Kuchipudi in the Southern state of Andhra Pradesh, India. The movements of this dancing style are quick and complex. Performed to classical Carnatic music – a traditional music form of South India whose lyrical compositions reflect the union of the individual with the Universal.
