From the organizer:

Fire and Movement is a workshop designed for movement artists to construct fire gear, learn fire-spinning and develop fire spinning performances and battles. Tricks are based on fire-spinning techniques and Arnise martial-art techniques.

Rohan Smyth – an artist from Australia will conduct a Fire and Movement workshop for those who are keen to explore this style of performing art.

The following contents will be provided in the workshop:
• Fire-Spinning Techniques
• Striking Techniques
• Basic Acrobatic Techniques with Sticks
• Fire Breathing Techniques
• Devising and Performance

Participants: People interested in learning skill-based movement, fire-spinning, great for breakers, dancers, circus artists, martial-artists and actors.
