1. CREATIVE MOVEMENT

Time: 10:00 AM – 13:00 PM on 7-8-9 and 14-15 Apr 2014 (5 sessions)
This workshop utilizes creative exercises that will help you slowly cast off your timidity and find your freedom through your own stirring, expressive movement.
In this program you will
• Connect with your body and discover a whole new repertoire of expressive movements
• Liberate your energy and float free within your emotions
• Create and empower your body through music and space
• Discover your own physical potential

2. SOULFUL
Fee: VND750,000
Time: 10:00 AM – 13:00 PM on 10-11 and 16-17-18 Apr 2014 (5 sessions)
“Soulful” aims to unleash participants’ creative energies through different ar-tistic medium. The program helps you to retrieve your natural, calm and and joyful self.
In this program you will
• Tune into to every moment
• Overcome your fears to enjoy calmness
• Understand and empathize with your vibrant inner world
