Cinematheque – Special Recommendation
Sat 29 and Sun 30 Nov, 8pm
Hanoi Opera House
From the Cinematheque members email:
We very rarely recommend an event outside Hanoi Cinematheque, but we would like to draw your attention to a special concert at Hanoi Opera House on November 29 and 30. Those who witnessed the Russian pianist Ilya Rashkovsky’s solo recital in Hanoi last year were astonished at the brilliance of this young performer – clearly destined for international acclaim.
We still have good seats available for the VNSO/Ilya Rashkovsky concert at Hanoi Opera House on Saturday and Sunday evenings. This is a rare chance to see a truly brilliant young pianist play one of the most thrilling and romantic piano concertos ever written. Guest conductor will be Adrian Tan from Singapore.
