This is the chance for Vietnamese and international young people to know more about Community Arts, Arts in Development in Vietnam , Phan Y Ly also shares her own experience and stories when implementing her fantastic community-art projects. The programme also features two short films “Green Meadow” (30’) from “My life, my views” project carried out by Phan Y Ly and a group of children from Middle Bank on the Red River , and “Hitkhoi” (5’) a product from GreenZoom’s “My Message” project. The interesting thing is that both of these projects have been awarded during Vietnam Innovation Day 2006, 2007 under the sponsorship of the World Bank in Vietnam .
