2nd Annual Bellydance Festival

Viet Nam’s leading bellydance performers will be on stage.

Following the success of the debut Bellydance Festival held last year in Ha Noi, Bastet Douat, the country’s first and leading bellydance troup and its leader Ara Hwang are bringing the bellydance performances to the stage again.

After months preparing for the festival, the Bastet Douat and many other leading performers and bellydance groups will show their best skills on stage at Sum Villa on December 11. About 40 dancers will feature all bellydance traditional and fusion styles in the show.

Ara Hwang and Bastet Douat dancers, who give classes at Apsara Studio, are known for their performances at many big dance events, television programmes and Arabian bars. The group is expanding its popularity with giving workshops and classes in provinces such as Hai Phong and Da Nang.
