Cage Bar – HCMC – Japanese Music Festival

To celebrate and well start this New Year, Cage organizes a Japanese Music Festival in 2 parts (2nd part will be after Tet).

So, for this first party, we’ll welcome 7 different bands who will perform few songs in a different style.
A dj will spin between each band and will then stay on the deck after 11.30 till 1am.

Here is a quick profile of some of the bands and dj.

MUMIN:
Name of “Mumin” come from a character of Japanese Animation which was the nickname of the leader when he was young.
Special trio “Mumin” was organized with Flugelhorn, Flute and Keyboard in December 2008 to perform “Main Theme of Hitomi” of Japanese NHK program.

MAWARO:
Mawaro is a multi-disciplinary electronic musical duo (Gri and Roachon). Their style is influenced by Japanese pop, hip-hop, folk and contains a lot of electronics and cheerful melody lines.

DEEP JOURNEY:
The ladies vocal are based on American & Japanese 70’s Rock!! Be amazed by their wonderful singing voices and sound.

DJ NHAN Feat. MC Initial D:
His music style is produced by mixing Techno pop and Japanese rock.
MC Performer Mr. Dien will also join the party to make it better, bigger and share with you his passion for VJ.

So be ready for a full Japanese Night @ Cage.
