“Every day, I practise Zen by painting like those who practise Zen with sitting meditation… Painting is a means to come back to my Mind. My Mind is my final destination. After years of wandering around, now I come to my final destination like a small frog living in a lotus pond, which finds out suddenly in a ksana that its Home is not the familiar lotus leaf but the lotus flower blooming in front of it. Being attracted by delusional pleasures, the small creature has never realized this fact, so now it decides to go Home with determination. Home is a place of peace.”
