The mission of Hanoi Writers’ Collective is to bring serious writers of poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction together. Writers need community, and the Hanoi community needs writers. We meet regularly to share ideas, suggestions, encouragement, and quite possibly beverages… with the goal of creating a space where our words, and we along with them, can flourish.

Come to our event this coming Sunday if you like to write, talk about writing, share writing, read writing, get ideas for writing and support each other in your writing.

Please bring something to share if you’d like some feedback, such as poems, short excerpts of stories or essays by your favourite writers if you’d like to read something to the group for inspiration. Please remember to bring copies and no more than 8-10 pages per person roughly. Also, bring a notebook and a pen.
