L’Espace cordially invites you to a literary roundtable on Romain Gary’s ‘La promesse de l’aube’ (Promise at Dawn) and ‘La vie devant soi’ (The Life Before Us), both of which have been translated and published in Vietnamese.
Romain Gary is one of France’s most popular and prolific writers, novelists and film directors, authoring more than thirty novels, essays and memoirs, some of which he wrote under the pseudonym of Émile Ajar. He also wrote one novel under the pseudonym of Fosco Sinibaldi and another as Shatan Bogat. He is the only person to win the Prix Goncourt twice.
